Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) – The approach I use

• Focuses on emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

• Uses muscle testing to uncover emotional stress, subconscious beliefs, and energetic imbalances.

• Works with energy medicine techniques such as affirmations, colour therapy, acupressure points, and vibrational healing.

• Helps clear emotional and metaphysical blockages, aligning you with your highest self and intuition.

• Can support manifestation, personal growth, and deep emotional healing.

• Works with chakras, auras, meridians, elements in the body, and transpersonal chakras.

While both approaches work with the body’s energy system, Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology is a more holistic and spiritual approach, focusing on deeper emotional and energetic layers rather than physical corrections.

In a session, I bring a blend of my studies from the past 14 years. I primarily use Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology to guide the energy work, but I also incorporate other modalities when they test up as the best remedy for your healing. I will always be clear if another one comes in.

Some of the modalities I work with include:

• ThetaHealing – A deep energy clearing and reprogramming technique that works on shifting subconscious beliefs and energetic blocks.

• Oracle Cards & Intuitive Messages – I often receive intuitive guidance from my spirit team, and I may use oracle cards to bring through messages that support your session.

• Crystals & Colour Therapy – These can be tested as remedies to balance your energy.

• Reiki -My session are quite interactive so Reiki may test up as a remedy - there wont be long periods of stillness in our sessions- unless the body requests it!

• Acupressure Points & Affirmations – Used to clear blockages and integrate energetic shifts.

• Sound Healing (in-person only) – Using tuning forks and vibrational healing tools when needed.

• Bioresonance – Sometimes incorporated when it tests up.

🔹Important Note: If another modality, such as ThetaHealing, tests up as the best approach during your session, I will always let you know before switching, ensuring full clarity and consent in your healing experience.

I suggest a minimum of 3 sessions to really dive deep into the subconscious.

• Your first session will focus on clearing surface-level stress and energetic blockages.

• A second session (about 2-3 weeks later) is highly recommended to go deeper into the subconscious layers.

• For true depth and transformation, I strongly recommend a minimum of three sessions, as this allows for deeper integration rather than just surface-level shifts.

Energy healing is not a quick fix—I suggest at least three sessions to gain momentum. Every client is different; some may wish to see me consecutively for a range of areas in their life.

• One session may leave you feeling lighter and more grounded, but deep subconscious work takes time.

• Some clients experience huge shifts in one session, while others need deeper, layered work over time.
