It’s hard to put into words the magic that is Morgan, but I’ll give it a crack.

I’ve been a client of Morgan’s for over 18 months, have attended her group meditation sessions, one of her retreats, and recently completed her three-month coaching program.

How is this different to casual sessions?

  • Casual sessions are booked at your own pace.
    We follow what your body prioritises on the day.
    We release stress, balance your energy, and help you feel lighter and clearer.
    These sessions create beautiful shifts but they are not designed as a full transformation pathway.

    Casual sessions are perfect when:

    • You want clarity or emotional release

    • You want to connect with what your body is holding

    • You want gentle tuning and balancing

    • You are moving step by step at your own rhythm

    • You are not ready for deeper subconscious reprogramming

  • Coaching is a full journey with direction, depth, and deep support.
    We work through subconscious reprogramming, identity shifts, energy clearing, and soul blueprint themes using your natal chart.
    We create a deeper plan for your growth and goals.

    Coaching includes:

This coaching may not be for you if:

  • You are looking to simply show up for a 90-minute session and expect the work to be done for you

  • You are not willing to allocate time for self-discovery, reflection, journaling, meditation, or self-inquiry
    This may be five minutes a day or a longer practice on the weekend, but some level of personal commitment is essential

  • You are not open to applying the tools, insights, or homework between sessions

  • You want accountability without taking personal responsibility for your own growth

  • You expect daily check-ins or reminders to do the work
    Support and accountability are present, but this is not a daily supervision container

  • You are not currently ready to create change and feel more comfortable staying the same

  • You are closed to self-reflection, honest inquiry, or being gently challenged

  • You are not open to change, even if there is fear present
    Fear can be worked with, resistance can be explored, but unwillingness to shift cannot

  • You are unable to respect session times, boundaries, or mutual energy exchange
    Respect for your time and mine is part of this container

  • You are not ready to actively participate in your own transformation

Please know:
It is completely okay if this does not feel aligned for you. This container is intentionally designed for clients who are ready to commit to deep transformation, self-responsibility, and meaningful change.

If you are ready to meet yourself honestly, apply the work, and show up for your own evolution, this space will support you deeply.
