The number of sessions needed is flexible and entirely based on your desired pace. Typically, clients find progress after 2-3 sessions spaced around 3 weeks apart. However, we prioritise your comfort and will proceed at a pace that feels right for you. Our goal is to facilitate your progress and notice shifts along your journey.

Whether face-to-face or virtual, the effectiveness of the session remains consistent. While you won't experience the in-person sensory elements like the aroma of essential oils or the touch of crystals, the frequencies of these elements are still absorbed and utilised during online sessions.
I've worked with clients across various locations, including interstate and international ones in the US and Europe, all achieving excellent results through online sessions.
Additionally, if we conduct an online session, I'm adaptable and can work with any tools or items you have at home to enhance our session's effectiveness.

To prepare for our session, it's beneficial to come hydrated and wear comfortable clothes as part of the session may involve lying down on a therapy table, occasionally requiring some movement.
It's helpful to come with an open mind. It's advisable to refrain from heavy drinking 24 hours before our session, as well as from recreational drugs and excessive caffeine intake. Ideally, being well-rested can also be beneficial if possible.
