By using muscle reflex testing, we access your subconscious mind to identify and release negative patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional stress. This process, in turn, transforms the energy within your body, allowing physical symptoms and ailments to naturally resolve. I work with In an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, session I work with the body’s meridians, chakras, transpersonal chakras, five elements, and the aura. I use a wide variety of vibrational remedies such as essential oils, flower essences, crystals, sound, shells, feathers and more.
We will discuss the remedies and areas that test up in the session, this helps untangle emotional knots, leading to a more balanced and harmonious state in your mind, body, and spirit.

Following these initial sessions, there's often another appointment about 2-3 weeks later to continue the progress made.
As the sessions progress further, the timing might extend to sessions spaced out every 4-6 weeks. Typically, addressing a specific stress or imbalance might take around 3-5 sessions, similar to peeling layers off an onion—one layer at a time, ensuring comprehensive healing at each stage.
Responses to kinesiology vary from person to person, influencing the need for session frequency. Deciding on follow-up appointments should be based on personal feelings after each session and conversations with your practitioner. Many individuals find integrating kinesiology into their ongoing health routine every 4-6 weeks beneficial for feeling uplifted, empowered, grounded, stress-free, relaxed, healthy, connected, and positive.
