Once you’ve spoken with Morgan and feel ready to join, you’ll receive a private Retreat Application Form to share your details and confirm you’ve read our Terms & Conditions.
3️⃣ Approval & Payment
After your application is reviewed, you’ll receive your private payment link to secure your place (available as Full Pay or Split Pay).
4️⃣ Prepare & Ready
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with travel details, packing tips, and grounding tools to help you arrive calm and open for the journey ahead.
Your Investment
Your retreat investment includes the full 3-day program, all nourishing meals, and shared accommodation at the stunning King Parrot Cottages - a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by forest and rolling hills.

Deposit & Payment
To secure your place, a $600 AUD non-refundable deposit is required.
Your remaining balance is due by March 20th, 2026.
Bank transfer is preferred (minimising fees), and international guests may request a Wise link for overseas payments.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
After March 20th 2026, the remaining balance also becomes non-refundable.
Guests are strongly encouraged to organise travel insurance at the time of booking.
Depending on your level of cover, insurance may assist if unexpected events arise, including illness, injury, family emergencies, or force majeure.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 14 guests only to create an intimate and deeply supported experience.

This retreat is limited to approx 12 participants to ensure an intimate, personalised, and deeply connected experience.

The retreat venue is located 1.5 hours from Melbourne. You can drive yourself, carpool with other attendees, or arrange transport from Melbourne if needed. Directions and further details will be provided upon booking and opportunity to connect with other attendees prior to event.

King Parrot Cottages & Event Centre is located in a natural, bushland setting with uneven terrain, steps, and gravel paths. While I aim to make the retreat as inclusive as possible, some areas may not be fully wheelchair-accessible. If you have specific mobility requirements or concerns, please reach out to Morgan to discuss and as I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
