With over a decade on my own healing journey and eight years of training and mastering my craft, I’m here to help you reconnect with your true self, awaken your inner wisdom, and embody the version of you that you’ve always known is there - the one that feels empowered, magnetic, and deeply at home in your body.

But it didn’t always look like this...

I received my first oracle message at the age of 12, growing up surrounded by stories of angel encounters, energetic sensations, and seeing auras. Spirituality was always whispering to me - but for many years, I didn’t know how to own it.

I grew up feeling like the odd one out. I struggled with body image, expressing my truth, and often put everyone else before myself. I left my hometown of Hobart to study fashion design, chasing creativity but still silently battling anxiety, loneliness, and self-doubt - even as I clutched my tarot deck at night for guidance.

My 20s were filled with lessons in love, burnout, and identity. From 16-hour days freelancing in fashion to the corporate world of real estate sales, I became a high-achiever who didn’t know how to soften. I was praised for my confidence but told I was “too emotional” for bigger roles. I knew deep down - I was meant for something beyond four walls and a title.

Everything shifted when I met my first coach and mentor. That one moment of saying yes to myself cracked everything open. I gave myself permission to study tarot, dive into Reiki, explore energy, take breaks, say no, set boundaries, and rediscover who I really was.

I started listening to my intuition - deeply. I studied meditation and travelled to Bali, where I experienced a spiritual awakening that activated me on a whole new level. Around the same time, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis. That diagnosis became part of my power. It was an initiation into fully owning my body, my womb, and my divine feminine path.

Then came kinesiology. Learning Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology gave structure to my intuition and depth to my coaching. It opened up a whole new way of supporting clients - combining subconscious reprogramming, energy work, and soul guidance.

Since then, I’ve gone all in and made rapid shifts in just over a year.

How? I stayed consistent with energy work, kinesiology, aligned action, and self-love. Working on feeling safe to be seen. I trusted the niggles. I followed my intuition. I kept showing up - even when it felt uncomfortable (working on that safety, working on judgement)

My work is grounded in holistic healing - addressing the mind, body, emotional field, and soul. Every session is a space of safety, depth, and transformation. It’s where we explore the shadows and celebrate the light. Together, we clear what’s no longer aligned and welcome in the frequencies of confidence, calm, clarity, and deep inner power.
